The valve body adopts integral casting technology, with a compact structure, small volume, and good pressure resistance;
V-shaped core eccentric installation. When closed, the ball core generates an eccentric force, causing the ball core to tightly press against the sealing ring, achieving the best sealing effect; When opened, the ball core quickly disengages from the sealing ring, effectively preventing the sealing ring from wearing out;
There are two types of sealing ring forms to choose from: soft sealing and metal sealing, to meet the requirements of different working conditions. The sealing surface is welded with Si Ti Lai alloy, which can be used for some more demanding working conditions;
Due to the use of an eccentric structure, the operating torque is greatly reduced and the allowable pressure difference of the valve is increased;
Surface hardening treatment of the ball core, smooth and wear-resistant after grinding, and the sealing surface can be welded with Si Ti Lai alloy;
Simple flow path, large circulation capacity, adjustable ratio up to 100;
At the moment of closure, a shear action occurs between the V-shaped core and the sealing ring, which can cut off fibers and particulate matter in the medium. It is particularly suitable for pulp, sewage, and other media containing fibers and particulate matter, as well as general media;
The standard execution mechanism (pneumatic piston type, electric) is interchangeable.
